Job Description - The role of making strategy & business plans to grow the current business. It also includes financial planning for the existing business and making projections for future growth. (FP&A)

Description :

- Preparing business plans and strategies for growing the business to the next level in India.

- It will involve business partnering with senior stakeholders and closely working with the CFO/CEO for driving business growth.

- Preparation of the periodic, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and supports the decision making process

- Analyze business performance - monitoring and analysis of profitability on a monthly basis and make recommendations for areas of potential net cost savings along with financial cost benefit analysis along with summary of key non-financial factors

- Analyze performance, effectiveness & efficiency of processes, business model & organization structure and identify potential ways to make structure more efficient

- Analyze & review of marketing spends with regard to brand and performance campaigns and short and long term ROI

- Analyze, benchmark and monitoring on human capital & manpower costs. Detailed understanding of rationale and impact (financial and morale) for headcount movement is needed

Profile :

- A successful candidate would have post CA/MBA qualification experience of 5+ years working in a corporate strategy role with knowledge of financial planning & analysis or experience of working as a management consulting firm.

- The candidate should have worked on making growth strategies for his organisation or other corporate clients.
