Management Assurance/Internal Audit Role - CA - Real Estate

The Client :

An award winning global real estate company, part of top 20 real estate companies in the world.

The Role :

A key member of the Management Assurance team, you will be responsible for 3 key areas :

- Audit planning, execution, gap assessment, reporting, action planning and tracking till closure.

- Risk assessment, prioritization, action planning and follow ups with the respective functional teams.

- Business Process improvements - bring in an external perspective on the best practices of key areas in the business and support deployment of the same in coordination with the internal stakeholders.

- We are looking for you if you are a Charted Accountant (C.A) with post qualification experience of at least 3 to 5 years with
professional audit and assurance function in a reputed real estate company (OR) part of Big 4 consulting firms with primary exposure to working on audits and assurances of real estate industry.

- Exposure to Risk assessments / Risk management strategy related to control frameworks of the organisation in the real estate industry.

- Exposure to auditing methods and standards / MIS / Budgeting etc.

The CTC budget for the role is about INR 12 to 15 LPA and reporting to the Head of Management Assurance for India.
