- Strengthen IFC framework by evolving existing set up

- Implement Sox in eligible processes and review and evolve controls

- Review Sox processes testing controls

- Ensure quarterly certification to the Board Audit committee on Sox certifications

- Ensure Schedule 13 / 14 reporting and related controls

- Manage Sox team and ensure Sox testing and failure correction

- Submit timely reports to Audit committee on quarterly / annual basis

- Interact with Statutory auditors for certifications

- Create awareness and support for Sox related activity
