Currently there is an opening for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager- Alliances with a premier media company

Location: Mumbai.

Overview:

- The basic function of the Manager - Alliances is to proactively and systematically pursue adding new targeted alliance partners and new business opportunities for driving circulation / increasing sales of copies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop, conceptualize and execute plans to acquire new partners/customers and create alliance deals.

- Identify potential clients and growth opportunities for driving circulation.

- Sell magazines and solutions to new strategic alliance partners and customers, establishing and growing relationships with large corporates / brands.

- Collaborate with teammates across other departments to create larger alliances through networking / building relationships.

- Achieve sales targets for bulk sales

Regularly meets performance targets for Sales Plan activities in alliance development.

- Achievement of sales targets.

- Ability to come up with innovative solutions as offering to clients to ensure conversion.

Key skills needed:

- Strong understanding of creating partnerships / alliances and strategies with an aim to design and develop proposals to generate sales.

- Knowledge of the digital space to integrate digital to create larger deals.

- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills and positive professional attitude is required.

Must demonstrate competence in proactive selling, networking, target marketing to specific alliance prospects, and have advanced selling skills and existing relationships.

- About 6- 7 years hands on experience in a reputed Digital / Print/Services/ Gifting industry having extensive knowledge of forging partnerships and alliances with large corporates.

- Should have been part of frontline sales team and capability to develop new institutional clients and manage big accounts and alliance tie-ups.
