Role & Responsibility
- Business Sourcing (Hunting) - Selling multiple consulting offerings at the CXO levels across different Industry verticals
- Managing Delivery - lead and manage delivery team to meet customer expectations and ensures billing and collections targets are met
- Relationship management (Farming) - to nurture and develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders for future business opportunities
- Represent company at the Industry forums / periodically bring out Industry reports on Industry trends
- Drive new initiatives and strategic partnerships for business growth
Requirements :
- Candidate must be a MBA - Full Time - 2 years or 1 yr course from Top Business school in India or overseas
- Must have experience of minimum 4 - 5 years in selling services / solutions at senior level
- Must have executive presence to engage and sell to CXos
- Preference would be given to candidates who have demonstrated risk taking / creating business wins selling challenger brands in competitive and challenging situations
