The Retention Marketing Lead spearheads the creation and execution of strategies to maintain existing customers and enhance customer loyalty across various platforms such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Apps. The role will collaborate with diverse internal teams to comprehend customer needs and design targeted campaigns to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty

- Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer behavior data to discern trends and identify areas for enhancement.

- Design, manage, and optimize email, SMS, and in-app communication campaigns to fuel engagement and retention.

- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, Web Operations, creatives, data and Customer Support to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Design and implement controlled experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of retention initiatives.

- Continuously assess the success of retention efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Develop and manage budgets for retention marketing initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness and optimal results.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, imparting insights and recommendations to the marketing team

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in retention marketing (SMS, email, Push, Social Media), ideally in the retail, e-commerce, or related industries

- Exceptionally organized, with keen attention to detail

- The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions

- Strong problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creativity-oriented

- Capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
