Mamaearth - Manager - Founder's Office

About the role:

We are looking for a young and dynamic problem solver who enjoys working in a high-growth, fast paced environment and wants to be at the forefront of driving the next wave of growth for India's largest and fastest growing D2C brand.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the Founders and Chief of Staff in owning and driving key initiatives across the organization

2. Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive projects, partnerships and KPI monitoring

3. Driving strategic initiatives in terms of problem statements structuring, high value research, data-driven evaluation, project planning and enabling implementation

4. Applying a data-led, solution-oriented approach to identify trends, potential business efficiencies and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications and desired skill set:

1. Experience in consulting/research/business analysis/founder's office

2. Strong analytical skills with experience in generating data driven insights and structuring open ended problem statements

3. Excellent project management skills with an ability to collaborate with people across levels to drive critical projects

4. Great communication skills and an ability to independently manage stakeholders
