Role : Significant focus on technology and capability-build, has embarked on a continuing journey to develop excellence in various business processes, which would drive growth and cost improvements. Responsibility : - Be the Program Lead and Program Manager for greenfield SAP S4/HANA implementation - involved in all stages of design, implementation and stabilization - Closely involved in design of relevant business processes - Stabilization and adoption post implementation - Be the Product owner, champion post stabilization - Continuous developments around ERP - The candidate would lead all initiatives: owning the program, outlining the methodology, coordinating with internal stake-holders and external service providers, program planning, program execution considering timelines. Cross functional coordination and building an understanding of functional requirements would be needed. - The candidate would own all the aspects of the project (cost, quality, timeline) - Post stabilization of ERP, while continuing to be the product owner of ERP at HCPL, the candidate would also lead other assignments under Product, Technology and Engineering domains. - The candidate would also work to solve business problems, which can be solved through ERP and related processes, working with relevant functional teams - to drive quantifiable improvement in relevant business KPIs. - The candidate would play a key role as organization gears up for a listing in future - creating enabling functional processes to facilitate this. Skill Set : - 5+ years of experience focused on ERP implementation and related process design (SAP S4/HANA as focus). - Experience of ERP consulting - SAP S4/HANA implementation and program management experience with a leading corporate. - SAP S4/HANA implementation experience with leading implementation partners - Ability to impact business and functional KPIs with appropriate process interventions - Comfortable with data-analysis and generating insights - Ability to work in cross-functional teams; understand needs / pain-points of various functions - Mindset of an individual contributor
