Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for E2E category growth and marketing for the skin care and hair care category at Mamaearth including creating category processes for E2E value chain creation, developing the marketing strategy for its sub-categories and executing structured marketing capability building initiatives across revenue & marketing channels. Responsible for the brand experience across all touchpoints, by development and localization of the winning campaigns for the product portfolio. Responsibilities & Duties : - Category and competition understanding with full knowledge of category landscape & market size - Driving category marketing strategy and category development roadmap - Consumer understanding and plan & execute any researches required for category understanding and development - Product portfolio management - ATL/BTL, marketing initiative across channels - Developing & driving channel strategy (Digital, E-comm, Offline, Others) - P&L, cost management & financial operations - Should be able to expand with the role & responsibilities over time Minimum Qualifications/ Must Haves : - MBA from a known B-school - 3-5 years work experience in a category marketing or brand manager role - Marketing exposure with a relevant start up experience (Being a part of it or as Founder/Co-founder) - Prior P&L handling experience - Expertise in driving marketing strategies across channels (Digital + Offline) - Willing to upskill, unlearn and learn.
