We listen to consumers obsessively, and build for their needs, hopes, dreams and aspirations. In this endeavour, we are building an Intelligence Function to be at the centre of the next generation of data driven innovation and brand building for us.

The Program Manager/APM - SaaS - Consumer Insights & Market Intel will work with the Head of this Function and involves working with Business, Strategy, Data and Engineering teams to build the future of data driven Brand Building. Your influence could be as little as defining the discounts that we should run, to as large as helping us understand new products and categories to launch.

While reporting to the DGM - Corporate Strategy, the role will also allow you to work with and learn from the VP of Analytics, GM of Product, CTO, as well as liaising with the CEO, CIO, and SVPs of Revenue from time to time.

The role needs someone who is extremely data oriented, and entrepreneurial but also has the outlook of an artist and dreamer. This is your chance to impact the lives of over a million consumers and millions of dollars of revenue/cost saving.

This role will fast track you to the forefront of the Consumer Products & E-Commerce revolution in India.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Business Process Understanding & Development

- Liaise with Business Teams, understand processes around how they function, innovate, drive spends etc

- Identify KPIs and improvement opportunities

- Create product roadmaps that help solve these problems through external and internal data

- Create - Quick & Dirty - Experiments for teams based on existing and available data that helps refine the scope of the product

- Drive the entire process to actual launch, and constantly monitor and iterate basis the team's understanding

- Product Management & Prioritization

- Convert Business Objectives to Data & Engineering JTBDs

- Work alongside the Data and Engineering Teams to ensure smooth functioning of plan - plan ahead of, and work to counter bottlenecks

- Manage the entire product pipeline, create iterative product roadmaps and ensure that Business Objectives are being met

- Reports & Business Ownership

- Create Reporting Processes and Structures through which Business Teams can unlock and utilise data - this is core to the role.

- Define Key Indicators through

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Experience using data to solve business problems

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, as well as a track record of hustle a must.

- Must understand the full data ecosystem and life cycle. How to acquire, store, organize, manage data.

- Demonstrated familiarity with statistical techniques and tools for data exploration.

- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities.

Core Competencies (Technical) :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook is required. Experience with and working knowledge of statistics packages (R, SPSS, Python, SAS, etc.) and data manipulation (SQL, etc.) is a big plus

- Mastery of basic reporting and data visualization using appropriate software.

Relevant Previous Experience :

- Market Research Specialists/ Data Analysts at Data Consultancies like Nielsen, Mu:Sigma etc

- Data Analyst/Business Analyst looking to take a step up to a product role

- Product Analyst looking for a higher impact role

- Consulting Analysts from McKinsey/Bain/BCG or Big Four looking to make an impact through their analytical thought in the Consumer Space

- Financial Modelling/Valuations/Investment Banking Analysts looking to go deeper into numbers and understand - why- things work the way they do

- Venture Capital Analysts looking to get into an operating role
