Responsibilities and Duties:

- Monitoring Outsourced Manpower service provider Housekeeping, Security, MEP and Parking service providers.

- Coordinate between Retail brand and Mall HOD for any meetings or to resolve brand issues.

- Establishing and maintaining good relations with brands.

- Coordinating with brands on behalf of CRM for recovery of brands outstanding payments

- Invoice checking, forwarding the same to Accounts department, take follow up for payments for FMS tax invoice

- Supervising out daily customer feedbacks form and service recovery to be instantly

- Responsible for entire Billing & Collections of the Mall

- Responsible for entire PNL & Budgeting of Mall
