Senior Manager - Holiday's Marketing The role would require you to plan, develop and execute marketing efforts for Holidays, Alternate Accommodation and Premium Hotels business by leading and driving key marketing parameters - Traffic across all channels, Acquisition and retention, Queries (Holidays), Revenue. Responsibilities: HOLIDAYS :&nbsp; - Demand generation - Strategize the marketing programs that drive demand for Holidays products - Strategize product positioning and messaging in line with business trends and market dynamics - Strategizing Paid channel (SEM, Display) Holiday campaigns with an eye at constantly improving efficiency in terms of CPS, T2Q and Q2O at destination level. - Lead the CRM strategy for Holidays business by enabling team to manage proactive and retargeting campaigns driven across different channels such as notifications, emailers, SMSes, App, Website. Drive team to optimize CRM automation campaigns by developing a deep understanding of the campaigns structure and flow, and giving the right inputs to lead to incremental performance - Lead the segmentation agenda for improving the efficiency of communication channels, especially notifications. This involves having regular sync-ups with holidays tech team for keeping up to speed with new tech advancements needed for the business - Optimally utilize Holidays Offline Marketing spends on tactical campaigns, while ensuring the results stitch well into the overall traffic drive - Constant evaluation of external marketing partners such as advertising agencies and production companies to keep improving quality and reach cost efficiencies wherever applicable - Lead Marketing strategy for effectively managing varied demand generation asks from Holidays Product team across various destinations - Retail Marketing: Leading the strategy for Retail demand generation for the Holidays business. This includes establishing monthly retail marketing identity, participation in travel events, strategic alliances with local market, effective utilization of digital inventory to generate more walk-ins, competition monitoring. - Product launch - Lead Marketing insights and strategy for product enhancements for improved consumer experience, leading to better funnel throughput Alt Acco and Premium Hotels - Lead Manage Alt Acco implementation on paid and non-paid Marketing channels - Optimize Display campaigns for Alt Acco and Premium Hotels through experiments to identify high propensity audiences. Conceptualize retargeting campaigns to lead to better conversions - Tactical interventions to create awareness about Alt Acco and generate incremental business for Premium Hotels - Lead the segmentation agenda for improving the efficiency of communication channels, especially notifications. This involves having regular sync-ups with CRM team and Hotels revenue team - Generate cross sell opportunities for Alt Acco and Premium Hotels through tactical communications to high propensity segments - Constant evaluation of channel performance, especially CRM and Display to constantly identify indicators for improving efficiency Competencies and Skills required: - MBA from Tier-1 Institutes - Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience - Marketing manager from E-commerce; telecom - Digital marketing experience is a must - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Team management skills - this role will be supported by a Manager for Holidays marketing and An Asst. Manager for Retail marketing - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. - Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, marketing, development (web/mobile), UI, sales and finance. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. - Ability to imagine what's not out there and how it will impact customer journey and experience.
