General Description :
- The position will be responsible for the management of marketing and sales expenditure for the Company's - regional branches, establishing and deciding policy guidelines, directing Sales Account Directors and Marketing Directors, performing the contract content review, and resolving financial and accounting issues.
- In addition, the incumbent will review and determine reasonableness of marketing and sales expenditure forecast for each period.
- Determine and make decision on marketing and sales deduction investment activities, lead analysis and reporting for the company
- Responsible for branches managerial and internal use reporting on marketing and sales transactions
- Review reasonableness of marketing and sales deduction expense forecast and assist forecast process
- Lead branch owners and work closely with branch sales account and marketing teams to collect requirements, analyze information, and develop solutions
- Develop and execute marketing expense and sales deduction audits performing process and financial audits, documenting audit findings and implementing of audit recommendations
- Manage marketing and sales deduction expense process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current business processes and identification of improvement plan
- Process and validate customer and vendor payments related to sales and marketing programs.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with HQ, and management of HQ directed projects working with cross functional department
- Supervise and review work done by subordinates and improve performance quality.
- Responsible for accurate and on time monthly and quarterly closing activities
Necessary Skills / Attributes : Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of experience
- Role requires moderate travelling
