Job Description:   - Contracting / renegotiations for the outbound destinations  - Working closely with Sales/Marketing and Product teams to execute strategies outlined in the business plan  - Planning and fulfillment of product requirement / offerings and preparing supply plans in conjunction with estimated revenue  - Formulating & executing short term and long term Business Strategy   - Analysis of market share trends and competitor activity  - Driving performance working across cross functional teams to achieve P&L responsibilities for DMCs  - Liaising with suppliers and distributors and ensuring best rates  - Estimate market potential and devise strategy to achieve revenue for the year  Desired Profile:  - Experience in contracting and product development  - Must have handled P&L responsibilities in the past  - Experience of working with stakeholders across different nationalities will be preferred  - Analytical Skills/ Ability to think out of the box/ Good negotiation skills  - Can take ownership of end to end execution of projects  - Enjoys the high-pressure environment and is highly adaptable to situations  - Takes accountability and commands accountability from others  - Exemplary communication, negotiation and selling skills.
