Function: Hotel Supply Network

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB (What is the reason that this job exists?)

To handle Business Intelligence & Strategy for Hotels Supply Team along with leading the functional training roadmap for the team

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) SUCCESS INDICATORS

- Understand & implement action plan based on industry trend, competitive landscape, customer behaviour and market movement by conducting market research (primary/ secondary)

- Driving Supply Strategy & Key initiatives.

- KPI setting, planning & measurement.

- Driving Performance Management.

- Discover & action on new revenue optimization areas

- Work with cross functional teams esp. marketing, supply, Product and Revenue, Technology, Operations and Finance on diverse initiatives.

- Lead development of comprehensive product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

- Driving Business Analysis.

- Design, Develop and build tools, systems and processes.

- To build Top Management reviews, reporting & presentations.

- Overall team engagement decision making, excellent business judgment, the ability to plan and prioritize, ability to inspire and lead cross-functional initiatives and teams, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong first principles (common sense).

- Owning the functional training charter for the supply team on the supplier platform for existing/ new joiners

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors in Engineering/IT. BA/BSc/B. Com from top institutes are also encouraged to apply. MBAs preferred (Tier 1- Tier 2 colleges).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Past experience in ecommerce / online Industry will be preferred
