About the Position - You will partner closely with Senior Product leaders in building a world class digital experience for users at Goibibo - Lead a team of Product Analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics across teams - Build an understanding of how product analytics connects to business strategy and product strategy. How analysts can effectively partner with product teams to build data-driven roadmaps - Design and implement the analytics framework, set up analytic systems and processes - Manage resources efficiently to deliver ad hoc analytics requests and achieve longer term projects to build up capability in Product analytics & Business Intelligence - Be an advocate for data-driven everything with the ability to focus on the big picture takeaways of any analysis while being able to speak to the underlying details - Evangelize utilizing experimentation (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and assumptions and measure the impact - Grow the Product Analytics team both through hiring and coaching, training and mentoring existing team members Key Competencies - Analytics Professional with 8+ years of experience with 3+ years of exposure to Product analytics/Digital Analytics - Graduate/Post Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering /Statistics/Operational Research - Experienced in managing and leading a team of business/ data analysts - Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to interface directly with business leadership - Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning & team leadership - Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & ; future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics - Prior experience of working with large data sets, understand concepts and tools related to data management and visualization like SQL, Hadoop, Tableau etc - Experience with A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing and other digital analytics techniques
