CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB   - Growth Driver, for Alliance & Business development role to foster inorganic & partnerships driven growth opportunity.   - Build & maintain strategic partners & identify product innovations in banking, payments, marketing across partner network.   - Tourism board partnerships with international & domestic target base to jointly build tourism and travel charter.   AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)   - Identify business requirements across flights, hotels & holidays and drive strategic & tactical growth opportunity, business partnership networks.   - Banking & payment partner business development to jointly drive credit & debit card spends &in turn grow MMT's market share of travel category.  - Scale & strategic business partnership with leading banks to cultivate & drive penetration of OTA amongst bank user base.   - Identify & create affordable payment solutions with partner banks/payment networks to drive - spends/customers- in a fast growing travel category.   - Partnership with ecomm marketing organizations to recruit new users on MMT platform  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE  - 9-11 years experience in Business Development & Marketing Alliances   - Past experience in developing and maintaining Alliance strategies for Business growth  - Master's from premier institute's
