Responsibilities:  - Build and maintain relationship with external vendors: DMCs, hotel chains,   - Build and maintain relationship with internal vendors and customers: MMT Holidays, HT, ETB, MMT-owned DMCs.  - Negotiations with suppliers at the most competitive price, availability & quality. Manage price and inventory of international supply.  - Focus on margins driving profitability for the business  - Develop new vendors, and introduce vendor assessment techniques to measure performance and quality of supply. Investigate, and re-engineer where appropriate, all processes and systems within supply chain to deliver as per the supply strategy and action plan.  - To work across cross functional teams (Product, Technology, Marketing etc) within the organization ensuring coherent efforts towards organization goals  - To work on creation of dashboards and decks around supplier & channel performance, inventory management and margin analysis  - Leverage data to enhance supply competitiveness and availability  Desired Profile/ Skills:   - MBA from Tier 1 B-School preferably with 1-4 years of experience in Contracting/ Supply/Business Development  - Must possess good analytical skills and derive data-driven operations strategies  - Should have good Negotiation Skills, Creativity & Innovation  - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, Excellent time management skills  - Ability to function with various groups and senior managers and across teams and multi-task on multiple projects  - Should be open to frequent travel including long periods at one go
