Core Purpose Of The Job:   - Enhancing customer life cycle by engaging with the customer through various touch points. Add value to the customer & organisation by focusing on increasing repeat & cross sell  Areas Of Responsibility (AOR):  - Establish a customer management & relationship system driving advanced consumer understanding and using technology to deliver relevant, personalized consumer experience across touch points  - Implement CRM strategy to increase engagement from existing customers, managing the customer conversion and retention trigger-based communication for optimal customer conversion in the funnel.  - Develop, evaluate, monitor and report CRM/retention KPIs and metrics to ensure successful tracking of campaigns, programs and services. Implementation of ongoing improvements to conversion, retention and CRM marketing campaigns and programs, increasing customer lifetime and maximizing customer lifetime value.  - Leverage technology to analyze rich consumer activity information and devise best practices to impact real time business goals through creative online solutions  - To design and execute marketing communications/ programs to cross-sell and up sell to current customers  - To Develop Product related Integrated Marketing Campaigns with the objective of prospecting, lead generation and relationship management  - To Manage the CRM and Emailing solutions/ software, databases and analytics around the same.  - To come up with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) campaigns based on response and database analysis.  - Help gather and analyze market intelligence; review our brand and competitive positioning; contribute to detailed strategies for industries and services.  - Effectively use RFM metrics to develop marketing and business programs.  - Proactively track ongoing programs and deliver plans to ensure retention and migration of new users to repeat visitors.  - Develop retention plans including creative strategies, communication strategies, offer strategies, media tactics, and expense allocation.  - Work with cross functional teams to implement integrated programs.
