Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for hiring talent across functions
- Build a talent rich community comprising of targeted candidates
- Search and actively headhunt candidates through job portals, personal and social network for relevant job openings in the technology function
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process life cycle
- Understand the technical requirements, create job description and align candidates to available positions accordingly
- Develop and maintain shortlists for hiring managers
- Conduct initial screening of candidates
- Cultivate relationships with all candidates for future job openings
- Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
- Run technical sourcing campaigns
- Work effectively with external search partners (vendor management) and maintain social media profiles and online job portals
- Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs.
