Role: Zonal Manager- Strategic Key Accounts
Role Overview:
The role incumbent will be a key part of Hotel Supply Team at Go-MMT. Managing key partner relationships and driving superlative growth are two critical tenets of this role. This is a high visibility role within the supply organization and involves team management
1. Relationship and Key Account Management:
- The incumbent will be responsible for connecting, engaging and managing accounts of key chains and driving sustainable performance of the region
- Managing the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis and recommendations based on the industry's best practices to the chains
2. Drive Category Growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to lead traffic growth, conversion and additional revenue for each category
- Lead the portfolio as a - business owner- to drive growth through multiple initiatives and projects and managing them end to end
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Review monthly production reports and provide feedback to respective stakeholders and team, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with the region
- Build MIS & market intelligence reports, prepare geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them. Sharing detailed insights on market and industry with the clients and internal stakeholders
- Regularly create high impact & creative presentations on various agendas & reviews
4. Stakeholder Management
- Drive execution of various growth initiatives with key stakeholders viz. external hotel partners, internal category teams, marketing, content, data teams, etc.
- Create updates on progress & visibility for various internal and external stakeholders
5. Portfolio Management and Driving Growth:
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, grow net revenue in the market by producing business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring inventory levels exceed demand throughout the market, ensuring rate competitiveness,
- Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with the clients
- Strategize in order to market the chain categories in a better way
6. Team management:
- Manage a team of 2-3 key account managers
- Manage, Mentor and groom the business managers and prepare them for next level through continuous feedback, regular reviews, 1x1s, etc.
What are we looking for in you?
Relevant Experience:
a. Preferred candidates having past work experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.
b. Having handled multiple key accounts for the current organization
c. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc. to succeed in this role

e. Flair for Travel are also pre-requisite for the job profile since the role involves frequent travel
