About the Opportunity:

Role: Zonal Manager

Sub-Function: Independent Domestic Hotel Supply

Level: Manager/Senior Manager

Reporting to: Regional Manager

Location: Hyderabad and Pune

What you are required to bring to the team:

- As a Zonal Manager, your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional guidance and leadership to ensure Go-MMT is able to attain and maintain a market leadership position in your assigned market

- You will proactively identify market opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to effectively seize the moment and ensure we achieve/exceed supply and production targets

- You will build, nurture, and train an effective high-performance team of business managers while showing them the path to success and leading from the front as an example

What will you be doing:

- Lead a team of business managers in effectively managing hotel partner relations and ensure a strong mind share for Go-MMT among partners with regards to anything online

- Effectively implement promotional activities with partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage for the Go-MMT

- Plan and implement a market visit timetable to meet partners, understand market dynamics and share relevant information with internal stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiencies in internal processes and metrics to be able to act swiftly and nimbly to market requirements

- Envisage, negotiate, and close strategic deals in your designated territory to ensure we build deeper relations with key hotel partners

- Develop and implement a strategy for the team's business development activities, to monitor and strengthen the productivity of both new and established hotel partners

- Ensure Training, Compliance and Adoption of Go-MMT's systems, policies, and processes by the hotel partners as well as the team

- Ensuring effective implementation of Go-MMT's initiatives on ground and feed firsthand information from the ground to internal stakeholders

Interaction Points

- Liaise externally with hotel partners and owners

- Collaborate with internal teams such as Revenue, Product, Category & Marketing for better understanding of the market and driving key initiatives for growth & brand building

Qualification & Experience

- PGDM or MBA, with a prior experience of 5-8 years in Sales/Travel Trade/Key Account Management/Contracting/B2B Sales

- Prior experience in E-Commerce/Travel/Hospitality industry is preferred.
