- Design compensation structures, allowances, salary ranges and long &amp; short-term incentive programs across MakeMyTrip and group entities. - Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans - Lead the implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues - Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity. - Ensure optimal utilization of compensation program budgets. - Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of managed compensation programs/processes. - Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs/processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness. - Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. - Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. - Leverage domain experience to advice and guide team colleagues with lesser experience. Who would fit in:- - An MBA in HR from a top tier business school (only). - 5-9 years of experience in core compensation and benefits areas of the organisation(s) with multi-country operations (or) consulting experience in total rewards. - Have an eye for detail yet understand the larger context to recommend solutions factoring multiple variables. - Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to realise shared objectives. - Can take responsibility and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
