About the Role:

A Brand Manager with a focus on CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty throughout the customer journey.

By combining the responsibilities of a Brand Manager with a focus on CLM, the role becomes integral to not only building a strong brand identity but also ensuring that customers have a positive and consistent experience throughout their interactions with the brand. This, in turn, contributes to increased customer loyalty and advocacy.

What will you be doing:

1. Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy to establish and position the company's presence in the online travel market.

2. Build the brand through meaningful storytelling, campaigns, and effective marketing strategies.

3. Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the desired outcome.

4. Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, taglines, and marketing materials, ensuring that they are consistent with the company's brand identity.

5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, customer preferences and other relevant market insights.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, product, customer service, and PR, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

7. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring that they align with the company's brand objectives and deliverables.

8. Establish and monitor performance indicators for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

9. Analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and campaigns and use data to inform future strategies.

10. This includes the onboarding journey, growth strategies like cross-sell & up-sell, retention and at an overall level is responsible for increasing the Lifetime Value of the Customers.

11. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and other financial targets are met.

Key Success factors of the role:

1. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in brand marketing strategies.

2. Have an excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and diverse media vehicles.

3. Have experience in digital media buying for branding campaigns (DV360, Meta etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

1. MBA from Tier A campus with 7-9 years of relevant experience in digital brand marketing, brand strategy, CLM or a similar role, preferably within the Ecommerce / FMCG industry.
