Responsibilities:
- Use your expertise in sourcing across various sourcing platforms
- Connect proactively with candidates and set role expectations
- Involved in Technology hiring
- Partner with engineering and other business teams to conduct hiring drives
- Open to travel for hiring across locations - BLR/HYD/PUNE
- Campus hiring and connect across premium B-Schools and Technology Institutes
- Be part of Employer Branding initiatives across different social media platforms - Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Conduct Hackathons and Tech-talks
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 months to 2 years of experience
- Good command over Sourcing and End-to-End Recruitment
- Good knowledge of E-commerce Industry and top-tier tech campuses/B-schools
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to core Talent Acquisition role and sourcing platforms - Naukri, Linkedin, Belong, Stackoverflow, Instahyre, iimjobs etc.
- MBA with HR specialization
- 2016 or 2017 b-school passouts
- Experience in a E-commerce/Product/Start-up company
- Experience in Volume hiring for Technology will be a plus
- Good understanding of Salary Ranges in the internet/e-commerce industry
