Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage the entire product life cycle for Holidays from planning to execution.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To create holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience, sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
- To manage costs through operating efficiencies and product innovation
- To manage revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools.
- To use technology based tools to promote ease of selling among different sales channels
- Cross-functional interaction to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.
- To provide the sales team with the necessary expertise to enable them to sell the product.
Success Indicators :
- Increased Revenue and business
- Improvement in customer experience metrics - Net Promoter Score
- Optimization of costs.
Exposure to Europe Outbound destination is important.
