Responsibilities: i. Proactively analyze data using statistical methods to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity ii. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources iii. Data mining using state-of-the-art methods iv. Work closely with the cross functional teams to gather all the upcoming sales drives requirements and close them within the given timeline. v. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets vi. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality vii. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses viii. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Competencies Required: i. Knowledge of SQL queries is must Exposure to Google Analytics / Adobe Omniture ii. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Advanced Excel, Python programming etc) is required. Person should have the real-time expertise on creating the data pipeline between SQL and Visualization tool. iii. Person should have the ability to design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data. iv. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. v. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques vi. Adept at queries, report writing and present findings/Insights.
