About the Function
myPartner is a new Strategic business unit of MMT group launched in 2020 which aims to provide seamless, reliable, real-time inventory and price of different travel products such as domestic and international hotels, flights and holiday packages to travel agent partners across the country. In a short span the business has scaled up to have more than 28k travel agent partners active on its platform . Being a new business, we are continuously building innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the travel agent partners and to help them grow their travel business.
About the Role
Building up myPartner brand in the mapped market ensuring maximum spread and depth Ensuring myPartner platform adoption by newly onboarded travel agents. Solving their queries and supporting them on issues if any . Working in tandem with Travel Agent partners to ensure increase on mutual business depth both on transactions as well as value month over month.
What are you required to bring to the team:
- Strong understanding of Sales / BD, market/domain knowledge to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals
- Passion to meet new Travel entities in the market and portray myPartner platform in desired manner
- Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical bent of mind and expertise in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Open to travel extensively
What will you be doing:
Onboarding & Relationship Management
Introduce and onboard targeted Travel Agents across preferred Geographies Ensure training, platform walk-through for the myPartner platform Develop strong relation with the partners by conducting regular calls/Video connects Discuss market scenario and educate partners on benefits by working with myPartner Ensure quick response time to partner queries
Act as a consultant to help grow partner's business and deliver healthy NPS
Penetration / Reach
- Accelerate onboarding of partners to ensure best reach of brand in assigned territory
- Quickly educate them to be self-sufficient in managing the product / platform
Driving Growth
Drive business plan for onboarded Travel partners and gain market share Deliver performance indicators on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Data Analysis
Establish and maintain partner relationships, review monthly production reports with them, plan and execute deliverables Sharing insights on market and industry with the partners
Qualification & Experience
Management Graduates from Reputed Institutes with 2 - 7 years of experience in Channel/Account Management, Business development or Sales Function for Internet Platforms
