Role overview:
This role will be a part of Corporate Channel team for the product - myBiz- at Makemytrip India pvt. Ltd. Incumbent be responsible for - Key Account Management.
About myBiz: is a tailor made corporate travel booking solution which allows employees to make their business travel bookings through app/web at just a click.
Today as clear market leaders in India's online travel space for air ticketing, hotel reservations and bus / cab bookings, we foster innovation to accelerate growth in these travel segments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Interfacing with Decision Makers of acquired corporate organizations for getting repeat business
- Building a cohesive network and communication channel between other internal support functions like marketing, post-sales, finance etc.
- Negotiating price/amount and other account related aspects
- Formulating and implementing strategies aimed at driving business growth
- Analysing the market for best practices and trends for client satisfaction
- Engage & retain clients with regular connects and visits
- Maintain and publish individual performance reports for periodical internal reviews
