In the growing E-commerce industry, GO-MMT's fast-paced corporate department is setting the pace for the rest of the industry to keep up. As Key Account Manager, you are at the centre of the action of GO-MMT's dynamic Corporate Team. You are a driving force behind the success of your team, ready to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively across the team to juggle deadlines, manage simultaneous projects and jump in wherever needed to help your team. You must have specialized B2B knowledge and a bias toward action and strive towards getting things done.

This is a critical role and the person must possess a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/ services.

What will you be doing:

1. Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz.

2. Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal.

3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

4. Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel week on week.

5. Build long-term relationships with new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

6. Analyse the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.

7. Ensure quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.

8. Work closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance etc. for Client /corporate on-boarding.

9. Take the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department to ensure the sales-cycle can be completed.

Interaction Points:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Product, post sales, Finance, Tech and as well as various business units.

Qualification & Experience:

1. 2-4 years of B2B experience

2. Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) from Tier 2-3 Colleges

Experience :

1. Business development and large account management

2. Excellent presentation skills

3. Proven Sales record

4. Creative and proactive approach

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power point

6. Understanding of commission structures, discounting and basic knowledge of P&L management
