Role & Responsibilities:
Data Analytics
- Look at customer data and derive meaningful trends
- Convert insights into neatly designed business experiments
- Data modelling for building multiple business scenarios
- Prediction modelling to get a sense of how the market or business will move in the short term
Running the Business
- Manage KPI numbers transactions, shoppers, conversions, revenue, spends, etc.
- Track performance against daily budget
- Take necessary actions post assessing root cause if the numbers are not inline
Strategic Planning
- Proactively think ideas to grow the business volume and bottom line.
- Lay out the project plan, execute it end-to-end in collaboration with other teams
- Track impact closely using data monitoring
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, Supply and Finance teams to execute projects
- Collaborate and work under stringent timelines
- Impact fully communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Competencies:
- A deep understanding of numbers & an analytical bent of mind
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments including working with Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, Finance, post sales etc.
- Strong hold on Microsoft Excel
- Google Analytics/Omniture, SQL desirable
- A generalist with a mindset that will constantly think about ROI, business and revenue
