About the Function :
- Holiday team manages sales of various holiday packages from independent hotels, chain hotels, Destination Management Companies across Domestic and International markets. Leading in a highly competitive market is the goal to success.
About the Role :
- This role is critical part of the Holiday Expert Channel part of the sales function.
- Holidays Expert Channel provides an opportunity for work from home to women who have the potential, skill and desire to succeed.
- The incumbent will be required to recruit for Holiday Experts, engage the team and also be a part of Strategic projects.
What are you required to bring to the team :
Recruitment :
- Drive hiring through a team of callers and interview panel
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Track employee lifecycle through stages
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer
- Manage attrition and investigate reasons of exits
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
What will you be doing :
Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Sharing insights recruitment with the clients and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for responding to data & report related queries of internal stakeholders
Team Management :
- Be the leader of all the special projects
- Manage a team of upto 10 members and drive their behavior
- Single point of contact for these teams, help in bring improvement to processes and deliver results
