KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (OR) SUCCESS INDICATORS : - Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement - Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stackoverflow and Github - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities - Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) - Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle. - Build strong candidate relationship &amp; credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals. - Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature. - Promote company's reputation as a great place to work - Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products - Dash boarding insights and recommendations to stake holders COMPETENCIES REQUIRED : - Possess strong analytical/ logical thinking skills - He must have the ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each assignment. - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization. - Ability to work in tight deadlines and under pressure - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against stringent timeline - Attention to detail and commitment to get things done. - Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables - Organization/Coordination Skills - Relationship Management Skills Experience and Qualifications : - MBA from Premier Institute with minimum 7-10 years of proven experience as in Talent Acquisition or similar role - Clear understanding of Tech Stacks - Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, skype and structured) - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) - Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams - Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams
