Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 3. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team- P&L drive. 4. Driving P&L and customer experience / NPS is must 5. Capability to drive projects for new initiatives and growth Preferred Candidates : 1. Preference for someone having Travel/ BFSI Sales Background along with a Team handling experience. 2. Possess strong analytical/ logical thinking skills 3. Should have played project and team management roles 4. He must have the ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each assignment. 5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 6. Ability to work in tight deadlines and under pressure 7. Good Listening and comprehension skills. 8. Knowledge of Project management, P&L & NPS is must
