MakeMyTrip.com - DM/Marketing Manager: Activation (5-8 yrs) JOB DESCRIPTION -&nbsp; Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Responsible for bringing alive Marketing Message across various Consumer Touch-points - Activation of Marketing Initiatives across All Surround Medium - BTL &amp; ATL - Create Impact and drive Tie-Ups with Scale Media Owners (Railways, Airports, OOH) to deliver Media Innovations and Media Inefficiencies - Lead a team of Executives &amp; Vendors to drive Timely Execution of Marketing Campaign Roll-Outs - Offline activation, sponsorship, events and media tie ups. - New city expansion for offline booking channel, Airport retail expansion etc. Key Deliverables: - Media Visibility leading to Brand Awareness &amp; Brand Consideration amongst Targeted consumer sets - Media Efficiency and working under cost controls - Media Innovations to generate effective &amp; efficient solutions towards campaign objective - HBC project planning, execution and implementation - Vendor management: - Vendor selection, cost negotiation, agreement closure &amp; final payments. Requirements -&nbsp; - Very strong execution skills, can-do attitude and Love the challenge of taking Sky-High projects - Able to build &amp; lead a team of motivated individuals delivering to challenging business goals - Being able to single-handedly manage large scale negotiations &amp; contracts with National Players &amp; Players of Significance presence - Ability to be in the field and drive action &amp; results - Business school pass out will be a plus. - Willing to travel 30-40% depending on business requirements - Excellent people and management skills to interact with Senior Industry members, vendors, Cross-Functional Teams; Suppliers
