Role Overview :


The applicant will be responsible for connecting and engaging with a set of International airline carriers and aggregators. He/She will be responsible for end to end key account management and maximising revenue from the airline. The role involves negotiating incentives and marketing deals, ensuring on-time payment recovery, managing post sales operations and building a strategic partnership with the International carriers.

Know the Function :


The Air Supply team is part of the Flights SBU Function and this team manages supply from airline carriers domestic & international and also manages post sales, service requests and refund cases etc.

Key Learnings in this role :


- Managing large & small International airline carriers or aggregators.

- Forming strategic partnerships with airline partners

- Exposure to engage and learn from leading industry stalwarts

- Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for execution

- Leading an operations team for managing post sales, service requests, etc.

Skills you will bring to the table :


1. Relationship and Account Management :


- The Person will be responsible for connecting and engaging with their set of International airlines or aggregators

- End to end account management and maximising revenue from the airline partners through strategic partnerships

- The role involves negotiating commissions and incentive deals, ensuring on-time payment recovery, managing post sales operations and driving end to end execution.

2. Leading Execution and Driving Growth :


- Grow net revenue from airlines by presenting new and innovative ideas to partner and grow sales across our platforms

- Identify new revenue opportunities from airlines on the back of market analysis, competitive landscape & campaign performances

- Ensure campaign executions are smooth; provide product, tech, operations, revenue and marketing support, by liaising cross-functionally with internal teams.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting :


- Understanding of Key KPI reports, Airline performance and revenue drivers

- Ensuring rate competitiveness across multiple available platforms

- Sharing insights on market and industry with the top management and internal stake holders

4. Negotiating :


- Networking, deal discussions, negotiation & closing contracts with the airline partners.

- Strategize in order to promote the airline in a better way. Provide product feedback to the airlines to help them understand needs of their customers and at the same time grow their business.

What are we looking for in you?


Relevant Experience :


- Prefer candidates having past work experience in Sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.

- Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.

Personality :


- Good at numbers and data analysis

- Strong communication skills

- Team player and a good team leader

- Strategic thinking

- High on analytical and problem solving skills

- Good Presentation skills
