Experience : B. tech/B.E from reputed institute with 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL & Advanced Excel), SAS & BI. Python or R Knowledge is good to have from e-commerce industry
What you will be doing:
Revenue Management and Driving Growth
- Defining & driving the short term and long term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teams
- Managing the business numbers and devising strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Tactically manageing active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion and transaction goals
- Leading discussions on the relevant banking and non-banking alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns
- Tracking performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numbers
- Deep diving into competitor pricing data and use signals to improve category pricing
- Deep diving onto demand signals / traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy
- Collaborating with marketing to devise and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns, especially focusing on new customer acquisition, driving repeat & referral business and up-selling & cross-selling
- Understanding new markets & segments - the trends/customer behavior and working with marketing, supply and product to maximize conversion basis those trends
- Following a stringent action plan and collaborate with the product team to increase platform conversion
- Working with product teams to automate / improve pricing, business reporting and alerting mechanisms
- Collaborating with operations team to devise and ensure smooth post-sale processes
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
- Proactively analyzing data using statistical methods to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
