Assistant Manager - HR Operations
About the Role :

Job Responsibilities :
1. Plan monthly payroll calendar.
2. Undertake accurate and timely processing of payroll including post processing documentation to Finance.
3. Coordinate with and supervise external payroll vendor to ensure error free payroll processing.
4. Drive payment of all monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc.)
5. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation with Finance & Accounts.
6. Ensures that income tax deductions take place as per the act guidelines, drive submission of requisite tax proofs by employees and ensure filing of Tax reports and generation of Form-16 for all employees.
7. Drive process improvements, take up projects, bring in automations, and undertake changes as per evolving laws.
8. Lead and support annual internal as well as external audits.
Education & Experience :
1. MBA Pref.
2. 4-7 years' experience in operations team of organization/s.
3. Strong analytical skills & communication skills (verbal and written) along with active listening.
4. Prior working knowledge of Darwin Box or any other HRMIS would be preferable.
5. Deep knowledge of Income Tax laws and practice, statutory compliances and labor laws.
