- Project Management  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key current as well as future Hotel aggregator and IT/Connectivity partners   - Work closely with Category/Revenue/Product and Tech teams to steer various high impact projects for business  - Provide active Support and Handhold Technical integration related queries for New as well as existing accounts  - Be the first point of contact for any Connectivity related issue or project  - Owning the end to end the execution of new connection as well as upgradation  - Preparation of and leading in execution of action plans wrt to various account connections  - Responsible for optimization of partner connections both on hotel chain and Supply Partner level  - Analyze the accommodations on interface for improvements to make on the accommodation/IT/Connectivity side;  - Help identifying opportunities to enhance or innovate on Connectivity interfaces   - Provide regular updates on progress and impediments for various Accounts and connections   - Communicate market needs  - Account Optimisations:  - Review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing Accounts  - Identify Demand and Supply gaps and mitigate the same by working closely with the Category team  - If needed seek active participation from Accounts on Merchandising deals and promotions and Adhoc Override campaigns  Monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress toward weekly, monthly and annual targets; cull out insights for future course of action  - Date Analysis and Reporting:  - Conduct weekly/monthly competitive analysis for key markets and action opportunities  - Using Excel, Excel pivot tables, and other tools (v-lookup, IF condition, chart presentations etc.,), import data from large datasets for analysis and to create reports for the various functional teams along with summarizing the key business impact items  - Strong Follow-up skills to co-ordinate with suppliers, and all other related internal departments  - Strong negotiations and Troubleshooting skills, study case deeply to identify actual issue and find appropriate solution  - Must be quick learner of internal systems and its procedures for smooth co-ordination  - More focused, should be able to work multitasks/projects simultaneously without losing details  - Perform other tasks as assigned by an immediate manager  Qualifications  - 2/3+ years of experience in doing a technical account management or operations support team role (Hospitality/Travel Industry preferred)  - Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry preferably in IT, Connectivity or Distribution Support or Commercial teams;  - Knowledge of and experience with OTA (Open Travel Alliance) specifications, XML based messaging and SQL a strong plus;  - Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently;  - Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;  - Business focused with Positive attitude, Ability to work in tight deadlines & under pressure  - Strong desire to learn about the business and how to improve reporting  - Extensive experience researching and analyzing large volumes of ecommerce data, creating accurate, concise, and visually attractive reports, and presenting recommendations / observations  - Very Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point skills are required; building dynamic reports linked to online datamarts is a plus (Windows environment)  - Very good to excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) preferred.  - Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to complete multiple projects in a reasonable time-frame  - Should have played project and team management roles, Technical background is a must;  - S/he must have the ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each assignment  - Good listening and comprehension skills
