Reporting to - Senior Manager - Analytics

About the role:

- Supply Strategy team is part of the Hotel Supply Function. This team manages the analytics and the strategic arm of supply function for Independent Hotels

About the function:

This role will be a part of Hotel Supply Analytics team wherein the incumbent would be supporting the supply growth strategy pillar. The role will lead the reporting excellence team under the supply analytics - Automation team. This role would also be responsible for driving business growth and performance enhancement from supply point of view.

What you'll be doing:

- Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects

- Working closely with various departments like Category, Revenue, Product to ensure all their needs are catered to and leads to Business growth for the organization

- Regularly create high impact analysis (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirement on various agendas & reviews

- Define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

- Competitor benchmarking and analysis to scope up new opportunities

- Work with management on business priorities and cater to information need

Qualification & Experience:

- Work experience in a growth management or business analyst role

- A graduate with 4-6 years of experience with

- Good knowledge of analytical tools like Python, Excel and SQL

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
