Title: Regional Manager

Role:

- The Regional Manager would be completely accountable for the revenue & customer acquisition target for the region.

- He/She will be responsible for hiring, motivating, retaining & driving sales team towards the attainment of company's objective for the region.

- This role carries P&L responsibilities, prior exposure will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

- Hiring, Motivating, Retaining and Driving the sales team towards the attainment of company's objectives.

- Accountable for the revenue and customer acquisition targets from the assigned region.

- Develop a highly motivated and qualified team that can manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a prospect to sales and finally to after sales and repeat business.

- Target customers will be large property developers and agents in the given market.

- Update the management on the real estate activities in the assigned region.

- Keep a watch on the competitive activities and update the management.

- Build and develop personal relationships with all key clients and be available for help.

- Manage a team size of 20+ sales people and accountable for their productivity.

Requirements:

- MBA from a premier institute with good academics.

- 10 to 12 years of experience in sales function of an internet website. Candidates with media/subscription sales experience in an offline media company can be considered provided they have minimum 2 years exposure in online media sales.

- Minimum 4 years experience in team managing role.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as head of sales for a city or branch.

- Exposure to individual and corporate sales is a must.

- Exposure to value and volume sales is a must.

- Proven leadership skills, self motivated & ability to manage competing priorities.

- Should have pleasing personality and good communication & presentation skills.

- Should have high data management skills (an expert in excel)

- Should be able to work in a pressure situation.

- Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking

- Strong results orientation - is able to focus and deliver results

- Ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams

Good to have:

- Worked in both start-up and large company environments.

- Delhi/NCR based.
