Maintenance Manager - Property Management

1. He should have Engineering Degree relevance to Property Maintenance

2. He should have GCC experience, preferably in Oman in maintenance of residential/commercial/mixed properties and have the knowledge of civil maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, water proofing, pest control, STP plant activities.

3. He should be holding a GCC driving license

4.Since he is expected to head a Profit Centre, he should also be aware of basic financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control and diversifying of revenue generation , tendering etc.
