Maintenance Head: Cable Industry only.

Qualification - B Tech/ MTech Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation

Experience - Min. 12 years

Brief JD:

1. Attend and resolve machine breakdown

2. Maintain machines in basic condition through Preventive/ Reliability Maintenance

3. Spearhead process improvement initiatives such as TPM, Kaizen, Digitalization through IoT implementation etc.

4. Lead erection & commissioning of machineries and utilities along with substation in Greenfield facility

5. Monitoring and analysis of Key KPIs i.e. MTTR, MTBF etc.

6. Spare parts management

- oking after Preventive Maintenance scheduling and implementing.

- Preparing and maintaining the documents for ISO9001:2008;ISO14000:2004 and TS16949.

- Spare part Maintenance.Inventory Management.
