Key Responsibilities :

- Initiate and manage the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investments

- Performing the activities involved in raising future capital requirements of the organization

- Monitor Budgets and variances across each P&L item

- Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting internal as well as for reporting to investors

- Providing information to the top management on a monthly and need basis.

- Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company

- Driving the activities which control the cash flow management

- Assist in managing and controlling the capex

- Continually develop the processes to maximize efficiency

Key Skills

- MBA (Finance Specialization Preferred)

- 0-2 years of experience post MBA

- Advanced Excel skills. Ability to create models in Excel and utilize advance features including Pivot tables, VBA, etc.

- Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently

- Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data to digestible representations to generate insights

- Excellent Communication Skills (Must Have)

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
