- Create relevant data summaries for team to review, determining of there are problems, jump starting a problem solving discussion and evaluating impact of the solution.   - Preparing the data for taking insightful decisions by top management.  - Co-ordination with different stake holders to keep a track of sales budget and NPD parts.   - Timely escalation to the top management at appropriate time.   - Should be a techno commercial candidate.  - Should have experience of manufacturing industry operations.   - Candidate having experience in Automotive or Aerospace will be preferred.   - Should be good at problem solving and good at communication.   - Must be good in Excel and Powerpoint.  - Should have good knowledge on costing.   - Desire to learn and grow.
