Key Responsibilities:
- Currently handling Modern Trade
- Modern Trade experience with minimum 4-5 years
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Responsible for development & achievement of sales
- Dealing with buyers, store managers & regional managers of retail chains
- Identify short & long term growth opportunities
- Identify opportunity & build business
- Presenting business proposals to prospective clients
- Joint Business plan with Key accounts (Modern Trade)
- Formulates Business/Promotional Plans for Modern Trade Chains to maximize Business development
- Forecasting and tracking Key account Metrics
- Keeping up-to-date with market trend and competition
- Closely liaising with marketing team for campaigns
- Close follow ups (Po to Payments)
- Evaluate Promotion Efficiency
- Regular business review with Key accounts (Modern Trade)
- Quarterly Reconciliation of accounts
- Provide inputs to the product team on innovative ideas for creating strong equity of company product in the Modern Trade channels
- Responsible for Modern Trade Target Vs Achievement
- Negotiating shelf space and visual merchandising
- Terms of Trade Finalization

Requirements for the role:
