Job Description : - Main Street is hiring for the founder's office role, who will work with the founder in building strategies and execution. - Apply if you are excited about creating a platform for true entrepreneurship. About the Role : - The role involves an overall 360-degree nurturing of the human capital function from the founder's office and forecasting the leadership hiring. - As an early hire to the core team, youll be working as a relationship manager, InCharge of owning the strategy and day to day execution of communications with stakeholders both, internal and external. - The role would also involve employer branding, building content strategy and effectively managing the information flow within the organization. - You will be responsible for defining the values of the company and set up guidelines around these. You will be also owning the requirement forecasting, introducing the best HR practices, managing top of the funnel for executive searches and prioritizing human capital goals. Responsibilities : - Working on market mapping and setting up recruitment benchmark - Managing the top of funnel for executive searches - Building extensive networking capabilities, organizing networking meetup and building out employer brands - Effectively manage the professional social networking platforms of the founder - Managing the investor deck and enhancing the content regularly - Communicating our leadership strength to the world by building exquisite contents - Defining high-level brand strategy to the potential hires as well as investors and then execute against content for that strategy Experience Required : - 2-3 years of experience working as a consultant/Analyst at McKinsey, Bain or BCG - Within the top 5% grades from top IIMs or IITs - This person must be a prolific writer and be able to both be an analytical business writer as well a creative storyteller - Experience working as a Chief of Staff/Consultant to a founder is a plus You are a fit if : - You are a good communicator and an excellent writer.
