Essential Computer Skills:

- Expert knowledge of any Financial ERP package like preferably SAP

- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word & Power Point applications

Other Skills:

- Thorough knowledge of applicable laws, particularly those relating to Income Tax, Sales Tax, commercial laws, Service Tax, customs etc.

- Working knowledge on specific legal requirements related to RBI, Transfer Pricing etc. will be an added advantage

- Able to handle a multi-location team and an outsourced Shared Services Center (SSC) for Accounting and logistics operations

- Highly numerate and analytical

- Not afraid to challenge and able to think - out-of-the-box-

- Demonstrable Leadership qualities

- Excellent Client Management / Account Management skills.

- Consultative Approach & solution selling capability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Reporting, Budgets & Compliance process for the allocated clientele

2. Ensures maintenance of corporate books of accounts accurately and efficiently in accordance with corporate policy, systems and legal requirements of various clients of M+V within CS Division.

3. Generating periodic Financial Statements, MIS, Budgetary compliance

4. Ensuring timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

5. Maintaining quality & integrity of Books of Accounts, Financial Statements and MIS

6. Supporting the management with quality and timely information, data and MIS

7. Working closely with Auditors / consultants to ensure systems and procedures are up-to-date and functioning efficiently at all times

8. Coordinating and providing solution on business to unit heads and sales personnel

9. Ensuring legal & Statutory Compliance for the company and for every region

10. Maintaining liaison with Statutory Auditors, Govt. agencies, banks and regulatory authorities.

11. Conducting due diligence, providing financial advisory to clients for their financial performance in India.

12. Developing business & retaining business with effective client management.

13. Ensuring consistent delivery as per agreed Service Level Agreements
