Role Objective: - The candidate leads and supports the efforts on marketing led projects/campaigns directed at maximizing company profits. Key Responsibilities: - Lead overall development and maintain the budgets for the integrated marketing plan in conjunction with the marketing and sales team. - Being an integral part of the customer experience process at the project level including but not limited to the marketing office/ experience center and the mock apartment. - Market Research on new projects/ opportunities and translating them into useful information for the team. - Marketing Analysis data crunching on the sales and marketing numbers. - Leading the efforts and coordinating with the Marketing Executive for activation of ATL, BTL, events. - Coordinating with digital agencies for digital promotions/campaigns on different platforms (web & mobile) for SEO/ SEM, SMM. - Exploring new opportunities for PR and CSR campaigns. - Implementation and execution of campaigns by coordinating with agencies and internal teams. - Support leadership team, and publish progress of marketing activities. Key Relationships: (External and Internal) - External- Marketing Agencies - Internal- Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Design and Sales team. Threshold Qualification: - Completed a Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree or equivalent in Marketing. - Candidates with international studies/work experience are preferred.
