The CEO's office is looking for bright candidates to be a part of this once in a life time project that offers an opportunity to work alongside the consultants. This role will provide the freedom and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, along with the strong culture and values of Mahindra.  The candidate will work directly for the COO's office and will be part of the Supply Chain Management business. They will work along with the business head to improve sales, increase profitability and improve operational efficiencies over next 2 years. This will involve the following:  - Driving large sales deals to create more marque accounts. It will entail support to establishing connect, driving customer meetings to crafting value proposition and final closure of deals  - Centrally driving turnaround of large accounts (low to high profitability), codifying the learning, expanding to other accounts and centrally driving impact  - Monitoring implementation of business transformation initiatives like control tower, transport automation and digitization of procurement  - Building central MIS for daily/weekly/monthly tracking of account wise / branch wise performance, for all SBUs  - Reviews: Lead weekly business reviews along with COO  - Special projects: spanning warehouse consolidation, discrete assetization, international freight forwarding and new product development  - Developing, in conjunction with the line team, new lines of business including bulk, pharma and project logistics  - On the go: Dynamic problem solving to identify areas of concern, create project team and drive implementation  Essential requirements:  - Project management skills - Knowledge of Project Management techniques & tools, managing & monitoring projects to achieve milestones by effectively & efficiently managing resources  - Information technology - Understanding the necessity to leverage technology effectively  - Financial reporting - Prepare, analyze & interpret financial performance measures  - Business analytics - Performance reporting, forecasting and gap analysis  - Innovative mindset - driving new product development, new lines of business and enhancing CVPs  - Strong problem solving skills and able to take ownership of projects  Key Deliverables:  - Business growth and expansion of profitability over next two years  - Enhance use of technology across SBUs and support functions  - Project manage large deal implementation and new lines of business  - Support COOs office with analytics and immediate problem solving initiatives
